The second annual Loch Raven Reservoir Cleanup Day, held on Sunday October 5, 2003 as a part of Baltimore County’s Pitch-In For Progress, was a great success that attracted over 200 volunteers, including some of our prominent elected officials.
Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger (photo), was there, working hard along with the rest of the volunteers, as well as Maryland State Delegates Susan Aumann, John Trueschler, and Bill Frank. State Senator Andy Harris also stopped by to wish everyone well.
